Why do I feel like Gary is building a Techstars for promising bloggers?  Army of Vaynerchuks?

If so, it’s a really good idea. He can likely take a solid %, help them understand business side, and act as a mentor — all for a couple extra desks in his office and some of his time. He can also provide enough value that younger rockstars would take him up on the offer.  Not to mention he can create a really tight social group of blog heroes.
